5 years ago after I did 300 km I achieved incredible form - my best ever. Even 2 years ago after moderate amount I was able to run fast.
This year I ran 750 km - more than ever - yet I am out of shape, couldn’t drop extra kilos and so far away from my PRs.
Two years ago advice how to get into shape was simple - just run 5 km almost every day and in 4 weeks all will be good.
Now I basically need to look after everything - running, diet, recovery, or to get seek, so not eat fat before the runs etc. It’s so complex now
