Yeah, it’s very similar to teenage engineering - style wise, price wise and marketing wise.
I think what I liked about this one (except cool design) is exactly chord genetator and arpeggio thing.
My music knowledge is very basic and I only started taking classes 5 years ago: piano, ukulele + a bit of guitar.
Usually when I watch videos for those devices (like teenage engineering) - I see them as cool, but I have no idea how to use them or what they do. Because I don’t have enough knowledge.
But here is the opposite. Like in my head I know chords and I see that now I can play them with 2 fingers(on a portable device). And I know what arpeggio is.
So this becomes instantly useful because I think I understand immediately what I can do with it as a beginner.
Maybe some other features are useful, but I have no idea about them, because they do not map currently onto my limited knowledge.
