Good point. After all Victoria Beckham also famously thought that she grew up in a working class family. Few years ago I was reading autobiography of one of my favorite historians - Tony Judt - and he also said that he grew up in England in 60s in a lower middle class family. And then he mentioned how his dad loved cars and changed them often and how they spent every summer in Switzerland in some chalet. I was like, damn, that is good

Well, even in France, betting 2K and travelling a whole summer in Europe are not typically middle class behaviours. I guess the spectrum of the middle class is very wide and highly subjective too
