Yeah, same. But then I still have things that completely derail my routine.
I got sick like 3 times this year. So that is just one week not running and few extra days feeling not good.
And after that my form would be gone.
Also if I’m some warm and humid place - it’s so hard to run and less enjoyable and I need to use will power more.
So weather conditions impact me a lot.
If the weather is like 15-22 and it’s not humid - I love running and it’s way easier to get into the shape.
