Have been reflecting on my job search strategy recently and realized I'm too 浮躁 and easy to be distracted.
It’s so easy to get overwhelmed by endless job alerts and opportunities, falling into the hole of sending out resumes without purpose or intention. I saw anything on Linkedin or Email. I just go and apply, and I call it "progress".
The truth is, that kind of scattered effort rarely pays off.
Now, I’m slowing down, embracing my weaknesses, and turning them into strengths. Focus > FOMO. Quality > Quantity. Progress is about clarity, not chaos.
